Quick Whats provides shareable chat links that let a business talk with its customers without exchanging phone numbers. This policy explains what information we handle and why.
We do not ask customers for a phone number, address or payment details, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use the information solely to deliver messages between a business and its customers, keep conversations available on return visits, send notifications you have agreed to receive, protect the service from abuse, and provide support. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
A conversation is visible only to the business that owns the chat link and the customer holding that link. Access rules are enforced on our servers, and attachments are stored privately and served through short-lived links.
We rely on trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, file storage and authentication. They process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
Conversations are kept until the business deletes them or closes its account. Deleting a chat removes its messages and attachments permanently. Backups are cycled out routinely.
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw notification permission at any time in your browser settings. Businesses control the conversations in their inbox; customers can ask the business they are chatting with to remove a conversation. To make a request to us directly, contact us using the details below.
The service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders.
Questions about privacy can be sent to support@quickwhats.com. We aim to respond within five business days.
