1. Agreement

By creating an account or using a Quick Whats chat link, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. The service

Quick Whats lets a business create shareable chat links. Anyone holding a link can send messages, files and widget responses without an account. Business owners manage conversations from a private inbox.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity in your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Chat links

A chat link grants access to the conversation behind it. Share links only with the people you intend to chat with. You can delete a chat at any time, which permanently removes its messages and files.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive or infringing content.
No malware, spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or phishing.
No attempts to access other users' data or to disrupt the service.
No collection of sensitive personal data you are not entitled to handle.

We may suspend or remove accounts and content that breach these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages and files you send. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content in order to run the service. Businesses are responsible for the customer data they collect and for complying with applicable privacy laws.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be withdrawn as the product evolves.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by law.

10. Changes and contact
